Solenomorpha
A fairly long, narrow shell, Solenomorpha is widest near the front, where the beak is situated, but then tapers gently behind. The paired valves, which have a slight gape at the posterior end, are smooth, and have growth lines.
HABITAT Solenomorpha burrowed in soft sediments.
